Our bodies are in a constant state of change 24/7.  The sleep, rest, relaxation and exercise we give our bodies reflects our body’s ability – or inability – to perform our activities of daily living.

When we take time to invest in our daily health our body repays us by being able to perform these activities of daily living. Simple tasks like brushing your hair or getting out of bed in the morning can become nearly impossible when your coping with shoulder pain or living with long-standing foot pain like plantar fasciitis. When our activities of daily living become challenging, it can restrict the things you love to do or make going to work an exercise in pain management.
