Foam Roller Relief

Tuesday, October 3 from 7 – 7:30 PM

This free community event will teach you how to choose and safely use a foam roller. A well chosen foam roller is an ideal tool for self care of tension and pain relief.

I will add another daytime class if there is sufficient demand. Please feel free to PM or call my studio office (360) 354-0359 if you are interested in this or another foam rolling class.

Class size is limited to 6-7 participants – please PM me or call ahead (360) 354-0359 to reserve your spot..

Wear loose comfortable clothing that will allow for bending and movement. Plan on a full 30 minutes of instruction and experimenting time.
